NEW DELHI – Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has announced the departure of two Independent Directors from its board following the completion of their official terms.

In a regulatory filing, the clean energy financier confirmed that Shri Shabdsharan N. Brahmbhatt and Dr. Jaganath C. M. Jodidhar ceased to be Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors effective March 28, 2026.

The transition follows the conclusion of their tenure as per the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) order issued last year. IREDA clarified that the changes are strictly due to the natural completion of their terms and not due to resignations. The disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI listing regulations for public sector enterprises.
