The order involves a 1x800 MW power plant, with TBWES overseeing the manufacturing, supply, installation supervision, and commissioning of the boiler package. The scope also includes rigorous performance testing to ensure the high-efficiency unit meets its delivery milestones.
Thermax MD & CEO Ashish Bhandari described the win as a "significant breakthrough," highlighting the company's expanding expertise in large-scale energy solutions. This project aligns with India’s push for advanced, high-efficiency thermal power technology to meet growing energy demands.
