Om Power Transmission Receives SEBI Nod for IPO

NEW DELHI — Power infrastructure firm Om Power Transmission has received the green light from SEBI to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) specialist plans to use the proceeds to modernize its equipment fleet and strengthen its balance sheet.
IPO Details:
- Issue Structure: The offering consists of up to 1,00,00,000 equity shares, featuring a fresh issue of 90 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 10 lakh shares.
- Fund Utilization: Capital raised will be directed toward machinery procurement, debt repayment, and fulfilling long-term working capital needs.
- Core Business: The company specializes in high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling, alongside specialized O&M services.
Financial Performance (FY25):
- Revenue: ₹279.44 crore
- EBITDA: ₹35.66 crore
- PAT: ₹22.08 crore
The approval comes as India continues to accelerate its grid modernization and renewable energy integration projects, providing a robust tailwind for power-sector EPC firms.
