AMBEDKARNAGAR (Feb 24, 2026) — As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission, NTPC Tanda has launched a "Mega Eye Screening and Cataract Surgery Camp" to provide critical healthcare to economically disadvantaged residents in nearby villages.

Key Program Dates

• Screening Phase: February 23–24, 2026 (Free diagnosis of vision issues).
• Surgery Phase: February 25–27, 2026 (Quality cataract procedures).
• Location: Mahamaya Rajkiya Allopathic Medical College, Ambedkarnagar.

Mission: Eradicating Preventable Blindness

The initiative focuses on providing early intervention for vision-related ailments that often go untreated in underserved populations. By offering both diagnosis and high-quality surgical care at no cost, NTPC Tanda aims to significantly improve the quality of life and independence of local villagers.
