NALCO Hosts "Redefining Leadership" Workshop to Empower Women Professionals

BHUBANESWAR – As part of the buildup to International Women’s Day 2026, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) conducted a high-impact training intensive titled “Redefining Leadership: Women at the Helm.” Held at the company’s L&D Centre of Excellence in Bhubaneswar, the program was designed exclusively for women employees to sharpen their leadership acumen and career trajectories.
