MUMBAI — In a strategic board realignment, Cipla Limited has designated PR Ramesh as the Vice-Chairman of the company, effective April 1, 2026. Ramesh, who currently serves as the Lead Independent Director, will take on the expanded leadership role following the board's approval on March 19.
