Signed on January 29, 2026, during India Energy Week (IEW) 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focuses on bridging the gap between research innovation and industrial-scale commercialization.

The collaboration leverages HPCL’s advanced R&D capabilities and Thermax’s expertise in engineering and environmental solutions to create a localized supply chain for low-carbon energy systems.
