NEW DELHI – In a move to strengthen corporate governance and transparency, the government has approved the empanelment of three senior professionals to serve as Independent External Monitors (IEMs) for IRCON International Limited.

The appointees, drawn from diverse backgrounds in civil administration and the military, will oversee high-value procurement and contract management to ensure ethical standards within the public sector undertaking (PSU).

Profiles of the New Appointees:

• Madhusudan Prasad: A veteran administrative professional with extensive experience in government policy and regulatory oversight.
• Virendra Kumar Saksena: Recognized for his expertise in administrative functions and organizational integrity.
• Lt Gen Harsha Gupta (Retd): Bringing a distinguished background from the Indian Army, his inclusion adds a layer of disciplined strategic oversight and operational excellence.
