NEW DELHI – In a move to strengthen financial management within the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has named Ms. Aparna Bhatia as the new Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor (AS & FA).
