GHAZIABAD — Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has strengthened local public healthcare by donating critical surgical equipment to the District Combined Hospital, Ghaziabad, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
The equipment was officially handed over by Vikraman N, Director (HR) of BEL, to Dr. Akhilesh Mohan, Chief Medical Officer of Ghaziabad, on March 16, 2026.
Enhancing Surgical Infrastructure:
The donation focused on modernizing the hospital's General and Gynecology Operation Theatres (OT) with:
- Anesthesia Machines: Two units to ensure safe sedation during complex procedures.
- OT Tables: Three state-of-the-art surgical tables.
- OT Lights: Three high-precision surgical lighting systems.
